The “fast development” option has been studied by Eurocolori Lab for those customers who need a ready to start system. This solution allows to reach good results saving time and money.
Starting from standard formulas data book and with a few simple steps the customer can begin to make colour in a really short time.

The procedures to follow are:

• Eurocolori sends to the customer 6 calibration pastes;
• The customer prepares the calibration cardboard;
• The customer sends the cards to Eurocolori Lab;
• Eurocolori defines the correcting factors;
• Eurocolori sends back the adapted formulas data book inside a dedicated software.

These procedures are important in order to improve precision of colour formulas according to:

• hiding power, related to titanium dioxide content (this parameter has a strict influence on colorant tinting strength);
• whiteness grade (or yellowish grade), related to the impurities of raw material used;
• compatibility in mixture with colorants.

Calibration cardboard are Leneta cards spread with a mixture of the customer base paint with the following calibration pastes:

• Black calibration pastes;
• Red calibration pastes;
• Yellow calibration pastes;
• White calibration pastes;
• Organic Red calibration pastes;
• Organic Blue calibration pastes.

The calibration cardboards, made by the customer, are in total 8. On each card, after spreading the paint it must make a Rub-out test.
